THIS is Critical!🤯Do You REALLY Believe, according to the BIBLE’s Definition?
The world’s definition and the biblical definition of “Believe” are very different. To truly Believe, as defined by the Bible, includes repentance (a true change of heart) and making Jesus the Lord of your life (commitment to following Him). It’s not mere credence, as the world’s definition of “believe” so insistently asserts. “Webster’s Pocket Dictionary” actually defines “Believe” as: 1. Take as true, 2. have faith (in), 3. Suppose; guess.
In this example using Webster’s, there are 3 definitions to choose from, which causes confusion, right from the start. I hope you’d agree that someone can’t be saved by supposing in Jesus… Well “suppose” is definition #3. How about IF you know that Jesus is Lord, but you don’t make Him the Lord of your life? In other words, you’ve never prayed that prayer. You’ve never made a commitment to Jesus and put your faith and trust in Jesus. You just “Believe”…, because your understanding of “Believe” is that you know, but you just don’t care that Jesus is Lord. Well… That’s definition #1. Do you get my point?
True biblical belief is saving faith and, besides just knowing something is true, includes to trust in and to adhere to, which is NOT the contemporary understanding of the word “believe”… These days, when most people say they “believe” in Jesus, they mean that they know that He is Lord, or they think that He was a great spiritual leader and teacher. You don’t actually know exactly what people are thinking. However, we can assume that most people’s definition of “believe” does not include adhering to and relying on Jesus for their saving faith, because Webster’s current definition of the word “believe” tells us so. Furthermore, the Bible tells us that most will be in error and take the easy path to destruction (see Matthew 7:13-14), as evidenced by many people being taught the “Seeker-friendly” watered-down gospel that does not include true repentance and the importance that we truly humble our hearts to turn from our sins so that we may actually make Jesus the Lord of our life (by doing what he says). See the parable of the sower, Matthew 13:18-23.
Jesus spoke a LOT about repentance (see my Playlist below). In Matthew 9:13, Jesus said that He came to call “sinners to repentance” and in Luke 13:3 and 5, Jesus said two times in a row, “…unless you repent you will all likewise perish”.

When we are truly saved, we have an enduring and endearing love for Jesus Christ, our Savior. We have a change of heart where we love the things that He loves and we pattern our lives in a way to please Him. Not in order to make it to heaven, but because we love Him. We love Him so much that we put Him first in every decision that we make. We love Him so much that we want Him to lead, guide, and direct us, according to His Word, and if we don’t… there’s something wrong. If we don’t bear good fruit, then we are to examine our hearts and find out why (see 2 Corinthians 13:5).
God has a plan for our lives and when we bear good fruit, as a result of acting out our love for Him, that’s not “works," but outward evidence that we belong to our Heavenly Father and are redeemed and transformed by the blood of our Lord Jesus Christ (see Ephesians 2:10, as well as Ephesians 2:8-9).
There's nothing you can do to make it to Heaven, but Jesus loves you so much that He ransomed His life for you, so that your sins could be forgiven and washed away, forever, when you truly believe in Jesus. Repent means to be truly sorry for your sins and to try your best not to do them, out of love for the Lord. Then, since nobody is perfect, Jesus will help you with the rest so that you can be with Him in Heaven.
We really can't be good on our own. In Romans 3:10-12, the Bible actually says that no one is good. I know it's hard, because nobody is perfect, but God will help you. How do you get help? Jesus said that He and our Heavenly Father would send us the Holy Spirit to help us and so that we would not be all alone, like orphans (see Luke 11:13, John 14:16-26, and John 16:13-14). Then, make Jesus the Lord of your life by reading your Bible (I recommend that you start in John) and try your best to do what the Bible says. It's hard, but ask for God to send His Holy Spirit to help you and remember that the Bible says in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengths me" (WEB).
My God bless you and draw you closer to Him, in Jesus' name... Amen.

GOD Will Work it Out, if You Love Him… | It’s in the Bible - Romans 8:28
Here's a quick reflection on a Biblical truth, based on Romans 8:28. This Bible verse is a powerful word of encouragement for Christians... "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28). Please notice that God reserves this blessing for those that love and serve Him. Simple solution... Repent for your sins (be truly sorry for your sins with a heart-change for the better), and make Jesus your personal Lord & Savior, by putting God first in your life, in everything you do.
Trust in Jesus by believing in Him... By believing that God loved you so much that He sent His Son, Jesus, to die for you sins, (because your sins condemn you; that's breaking ANY of the 10 Commandments) and separate you from fellowship with a just, Holy and perfect God. Believe that Jesus became the propitiation (payment) for your sins, because He was crucified, died on the cross, He defeated death and was raised again the third day, and that with His life's blood, He paid for your sins. He took the pain for your gain, so that you could go free from God's Courtroom on Judgement Day. Praise God!

Because nobody is perfect, we really can't be good on our own. How do you get help? Tell Jesus that you're sorry and that you don't intend to keep being bad, but you want His help. This is called repentance, which means to be truly sorry for your sins, try not to do them, and try to change for the better.
I know it's hard, so I'll say it again. It's hard, because nobody is perfect, but God will help you. Lost a Parent? 4 Bible Verses to Help Your Loneliness
Have you lost a parent? Here's some Christian encouragement and a word of comfort from the Bible for your loneliness. You're not an orphan... Here's 4 Bible verses that say your not alone, because you have a Heavenly Father that has adopted you!
Parents often tell their adopted children that their love for them is special, because they choose them from among other children who needed to be adopted. God's love for you is special, too, because He chose to adopt you! God actually planned on adopting us from the very beginning (see Ephesians 1:5). Also, see John 14:18 and Psalm 68:5.
Psalm 27:10 says, "For my father and my mother have left me behind, but the Lord has taken me up" (CPDV).
Please note, that most versions ready "When my father and my mother forsake me...". My parents passed away, so I don't think of them "forsaking" me. That's why I chose the CPDV, in this instance. It's not a version I read, but I include it in my parallels.
Now, the Amplified Bible further defines, "taken me up" from other translations, because it says, "...take me up [adopt me as His child]."
When I Personalize that verse, I say, "For my father and my mother have left me behind, but the Lord has taken me up and adopted me as His child." Isn't that comforting? It sure is for me!
When we are truly saved, we have an enduring and endearing love for Jesus Christ, our Savior. We have a change of heart where we love the things that He loves and we pattern our lives in a way to please Him. Not in order to make it to heaven, but because we love Him. When You Fail, the Bible Says to do THIS… in Proverbs
A word of encouragement and Christian motivation for those who've failed and are afraid to try, again. In Proverbs 24:16, the Bible tells us that a righteous man gets back up.
Scriptural Basis:
Proverbs 24:16 says, "For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again..." (KJV).
Now, we can fail more than 7 times and still get back up, again. Back in the times of the Bible, "7 times" was a saying, in that the number 7 was considered a full and complete number and which by implication meant an indefinite number of times.
A scripture that goes right along with Proverbs 24:16 is Romans 8:28, which says, "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose" (KJV).
Notice that it says, "to them" and not "for them". I think that's saying that GOD is in control.
God bless you all, in Jesus' name!

Happy Resurrection Sunday from Wally the Wonder Dog!
I'm starting a new series with Wally the Wonder Dog called, "Wally's Funnies", because the Bible says, "A merry heart doeth good like a medicine..." (Proverbs 17:22a).
I'm a Christian Singer-Songwriter and I believe that when we are truly saved, we have an enduring and endearing love for Jesus Christ, our Savior. A change of perspective can be encouraging. I know it's encouraging to me to know that I don't just go through things for nothing!
I pray that God encourages you by drawing you to Him and that He brings you into a closer relationship with Him, in Jesus' name... Amen!

Get Rid 🚫 of Fear with JESUS ✝️ 2 Timothy 1:7 & 1 John 4:18 Bible Verses
How do you overcome fear? The Bible tells us... 2 Timothy 1:7 says, "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind" (KJV). 1 John 4:18 says, "There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love" (KJV).
Then how do you love more so that you can overcome fear? You establish a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ, because the Bible says that God is love, in 1 John 4:7-8, "Beloved, let's love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves has been born of God, and knows God. He who doesn't love doesn't know God, for God is love" (WEB).

😢 Hopelessness… Is This True? | Inspired by Proverbs 13:12 Bible Verse ✝️ Christian Quote #shorts
I pray this quote of mine about hopelessness helps you. Is it true? I know that the wisdom we find in the Bible is true and it's one of my interpretations of the Proverbs 13:12 Bible Verse. It sure has helped me. Words of encouragement and Christian motivation is important, because we are supposed to encourage one another in Christ.
I think that those who teach how important it is to set goals would probably agree with this quote. Goal setting and incrementally accomplishing those goals have helped many people, "dig out of the hole" of hopelessness, because it can empower you. After all, the Bible says in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengths me" (WEB).
What you're going through could empower you to help others, in the future!
A change of perspective can be encouraging.
Romans 8:28 says, "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose" (KJV).
Notice that it says, "to them" and not "for them". I think that's saying that GOD is in control.
God bless you all, in Jesus' name!

P.S. For the next few months, I’ll be concentrating on getting this channel rolling. Then, I’ll finish producing my backlog of new Christian music that I’ll be releasing later this year. I PRAY for YOU, as I Thessalonians 5:23 says in the World English Bible, "May the God of peace himself sanctify you completely. May your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ." in the name of Jesus... Amen!
God bless y’all and I’m looking forward to meeting a family of friends here.
