Strawberry Oatmeal 🍓
Ultimate Bodybuilder Breakfast 🏋️♂️
If I count all breakfasts I had in my lifetime, this type would probably be 1/4 of the time.
All it takes is 5 ingredients and not kore than 5 minutes to make.
Total Calories: 556kcal
Protein: 42.2g
Carbohydrates: 78.2g
Fat: 6.9g
Ingredients I used:
100g Strawberries (or any fruit you like),
200ml Fat-free Milk (or any milk alternative),
30g Iso Whey (vanilla flavour),
80g Oats,
10g Honey 🍯
P.S. If someone tells you not to eat oats because it Horse food, or "carbs"... block them, they're probably the most boring people on parties anyway.

How to deal with hunger while dieting?
Are you HANGRY (hungry + angry)?
Let me help you with how to battle it.
First, make sure you're not in a huge caloric deficit, but rather keep it 5-30% below your maintenance level (if you don't know this, I can help you out).
Make sure you tick the following boxes because if they're not all ✅️ chances are, you need to fix this first, since it can all lead to an increase in hunger level.
✔️ Enough Protein 🥩
✔️ Sleeping >6h/night 😴
✔️ Hydration 🧋
If you're positive on all the above, then you might use some of the following snacks to fight those cravings.
Aim for low/no calorie foods and beverages, so you don't kick yourself out of energy targets. Plain coffee and tea can help in suppressing hunger.
• Crunchy vegetables like: Cucumbers, Carrott, Celery, Peppers... dip them in 20-30g of Low Fat yoghurt or houmous.
• sugar-feee jello,
• sugar-free pops,
• air popped/ fat-free popcorn (20-30g)
• low-fat cottage cheese with blueberries (my favourite)
Are just some of my personal favourites!
Share with me what's your personal low calorie treats, and how you are managing your hunger?!
