Pregnancy prep is where we get people in and make sure the body physically is where it needs to be and biochemically. I don't care if it's a drug or a carrot. Food is chemistry. If we don't understand that, you'll never understand why some people get energy.
Some people get fat. So what we need to understand is that everything that goes in, including makeup, if you put it on your skin, you've put it in your skin. So the quality of the makeup you guys use is important. I am sorry, I am not a makeup expert.

So some of these go into issues I have with the way and these are not issues with you guys, these are issues I have with Western medicine, Western society, and the way that we've treated women from a medical standpoint.
First of all, everybody should be able to but never touch your toes. If you can't, your hamstrings are too tight. We're going to have hip and knee issues. We have Lobach issues, things like that.

You may ask what do these two have in common but watch the video and see.
This is the second in a series from one of Dr. Chalmers's speaking events. Speaking to an executive women's group, he covers some topics straight on and even has fun along the way.
A lot of you guys sit because you work at computers now and that type of thing.
The problem with sitting is that it's an exercise, so it's an isotonic isometric exercise, just like holding a bottle of water out at your side. This isn't that hard. If I did it for an hour, I couldn't do this for an hour or so because I don't have the muscle strength or muscle endurance.
So when you sit at a computer like this, you will stand and walk around like this. So what you need to do is get your monitor up here and pull your keyboard back so that you're sitting here.
So here's the thing, how many of you guys are married, I mean, your husband snore? I'm going to ask you this. How many of you have friends who have husbands who might snore and they tell you the story that if you kick the guy and he's sleeping on his back and he rolls over on his stomach, he quit snoring.

Wellness for Athletes - Posterior Fly
Another tip for athletes and clients seeking the right way to up their game, and avoid injuries. Make sure you don't snap it, keep your core tight, keep your body still straight back. Now, the little piece of this is to make sure your elbow is coming all the way back.
If you're if your hands are still here. That's not as bad. Try to get them all the way back. But watch that elbow first. Everything's led with the although a few pieces to a little bit tighter. Turn that corner behind you.
