For many years my go to motivator has been shame. Paying attention to our inner self talk is very revealing and shame can fly under the radar. We discuss how shame separates us from our true identity in Christ and disconnects us from God. We talk about reparenting ourselves with compassion and allowing God’s unconditional love to flow into our heart. Isaiah 61:7 Instead of your shame you will receive a double portion and instead of disgrace you will enjoy your inheritance.

Your Inner Security Guard Could Be Preventing You From Acting on Your Dreams Do you have an inner security guard in your mind that is trying to keep you in line with avoiding risks and doubting your dreams? Why don't we stop more often and ask a friend - even a stranger if we can pray for them? Ask yourself each day - what is the best for me today? What is the best for the people I will engage with today? Get past the fear, possible embarrassment "For wherever there are two or more gathered in my name - I am there"

What if we set a goal for ourselves? Have a specific intention - knowing this intention was in collaboration with the Father We don't focus on the outcome but rather the next right action each and every day Romans 15:13

Taking control of our thoughts and energy What if we choose to believe - really believe? Live by believing not by seeing Luke 1:37 "For no word from God will ever fail"

Isn't there really enough to go around? What if there are enough clients for you and me? "And my God seal supply all your needs" Phil 4:19

Who Do you think you are? This Powerful sentence is still being discussed because it can have a generational impact. Are your thoughts of your worthiness creating a block or expansion for success in your life? Listen in to find out what an old juke box, a tree and clay have to do with getting closer to who God says we are.

This is such a powerful sentence. It speaks of identity and self worth. Received in a condescending way can create shame and guilt and unworthiness. Listen in as we discuss this triggering sentence and how we turn towards who does God say I am and STAND.

Having part 2 conversation with my fear. So fascinating what we can learn from our emotions if we just engage with them instead of run from them.
