Every spring, there are orphaned or abandoned animals around where I live. I cannot pass by and not try to do something to help. This is Woody, one of my little orphaned rescues. I nursed him, taught him how to forage and when he was big and strong enough, I released him in the wild. Woody is doing great. He's mature now and thriving. I know because we've seen him several times while discretely visiting the area where he was released in 2021. BTW, the background instrumental music is the creation of Kim A. Wagner, my best friend, who gave me full permission to use his tracks on this video.
