"it may have gotten worse and may not be here ,Charles Kennedy tells CNN Texas affiliate KEWS ,he dint have a smoker detecter but luckily his dog alerted him to a fire in his house in the mid of Saturday night , Kennedy is blind ,he managed to get away from the smoke and hide in the closet while calling the police, he said his dog saved his life
