If you are washing your produce in tap water the produce will absorb all of the toxins that’s in the water! Unfortunately if you choose to wash your produce in bottled water it’s pretty much the same thing because of the high level of Microplastics and other added ingredients that they put into the bottled water that should not be there. It’s scary to think that even when you believe you’re eating healthy by eating a lot of fruit and vegetables you may have high levels of pesticides in your system that’s making you sick!!
