Pensioners abroad, Benefits system collapse, Rishi Sunak and more
Home work marking it Monday: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h4MZ7R_rVRk

Tonight we will talk about care homes and who pays (NHS) National Framework agreement and the NHS England constitution, pensioners abroad being stitched up, new laws to look into any bank account where the account holder is a claimant. Yet all these thieves in government positions are not looked at.
https://beaconchc.co.uk/
https://frozenbritishpensions.org/
600k UK pensioners who's pensions are 'frozen' simply for having the audacity to retire abroad; mainly in Commonwealth Countries?
An International Consortium of British Pensioners (ICBP) has been fighting this since at least 1981 and there's an APPG lead by Sir Roger Gale...
With a General Election on the horizon and with the removal of the '15 years abroad=no vote' that passed more than a year ago (but has yet to receive royal ascent) we (ECP/S) might benefit ( no pun intended) from an increase in Grey voters.
With so many eligible voters/taxpayers living abroad WHY IS THEIR NO OVERSEAS MEMBER of Parliament to represent them.

Stuart Hill - Shetland Islands - Self Determination. Allodial vs Freehold
Stuart Hill's story is one of washed up on shore one day and independently researched the Island with such vigour he discovered laws, ancient laws that said - the people are sovereign.
2nd part of the show will be about a touchy issue. How long have humans been building advanced structures on earth. The old testament says one thing and real science and technology says another. Cataclysm's their consequence and why it makes everything you have been told by the Church a lie. Everything?

Has the world gone mad? Tommy Robinson
OK tonights show is adhoc. I was supposed to have Stuart Hill on but i'll ask to rearrange as its all gone pair shaped my end.
About Tommy
Tommy Robinson was as far as I can see unlawfully arrested. unlawful force. Under Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 a section 35 needs to be authorised prior to a section 34 being issued, in any event he had reasonable excuse being a journalist. They should have also had regard for freedom of expression and freedom of assembly set out in articles 10 and 11 of the ECHR as a minimum. There are many other things not least of which English Bill of Rights 1688 also a convention law. There was no injunction previous to that day or on the day, therefore there was no power of arrest as it is a summons only unless an injunction is in place. They could only issue a summons if he refused to leave without reasonable excuse. They could only arrest him if he (unreasonably refused to give his name and address, bear in mind they know who he is and where he lives) refused to give his name and address for the summons. The organisers themselves the police say did not want Tommy Robinson there.
Secondly reasonable excuse;
Public Order Act 2024 Public General Acts 2023 c. 15 Part 1 Exercise of police powers
17 Exercise of police powers in relation to journalists etc
(1) A constable may not exercise a police power for the sole purpose of preventing a person from observing or reporting on a protest.
(2) A constable may not exercise a police power for the sole purpose of preventing a person from observing or reporting on the exercise of a police power in relation to—
(a) a protest-related offence,
(b) a protest-related breach of an injunction, or
(c) activities related to a protest.
(3) This section does not affect the exercise by a constable of a police power for any purpose for which it may be exercised apart from this section.
(4) In this section—
“injunction” means an injunction granted by the High Court, the county court or a youth court;
“police power” means a power which is conferred on a constable by or by virtue of an enactment or by a rule of law;
“protest-related breach”, in relation to an injunction, means a breach which is directly related to a protest;
“protest-related offence” means an offence which is directly related to a protest.
https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2023/15/part/1/crossheading/exercise-of-police-powers-in-relation-to-journalists-etc
Thanks to anonbiker for pointing out the relatively new legislation on journalists at protests.
Was this all stage managed? YOU decide.

Riots in Ireland, Bombs in America, two serious High Court cases in England.
We have two live cases in the English courts and it appears that the British prefer riots to court cases. Why? They control the riots and violence.

UK Labour party revealed as CROOKS. Investigative journalist reveals.
Tonight 8pm (GMT) the Full English Show comments on this damming report on the corrupt practices of the UK political parties. Our win for English Bulldog and more . . . the electoral commission two question survey on postal ballots. I'll read out there email and show YOU how powerful you are as a group. Here is my response to their survey -
" There should be no external "chain of custody" with "any ballot". This current system is manipulated and abused by political campaign fraudsters who clearly commit wilful damage to the elector(s) . This is a direct abuse of universal suffrage (active and passive suffrage) and the rights of others. This is also a human rights abuse virtually ignored by the electoral commission Article 21 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
The individuals that have been allocated this external type of ballot are often not having their "own" political views represented but are misrepresented by the political views of the campaign "organiser and collectors". Ashby vs White 1703 is current constitutional law and is an entrenched common law Judgment. That judgement from the archives clearly states via a 10/2 House of Lords Judgment and backed by Queen Anne that a vote is "consent" to be governed and to be taxed. A vote should not be interfered with by the "state" or "any other campaign group", there should not be a risk of interference by process (ballot harvesting). For the electoral commission to allow this abuse to continue would be unconstitutional i.e. unlawful.
Where there is right, there is a remedy. In this instance the right to vote is open to coercion and fraud by "unlawful manipulation of process". This has a disproportionate and unfair effect on other electorates governance and taxation and human right."

The Jock and Dragon pub open at 8pm - call in has been requested
Complaint:
THIS IS A DELAY WITH DEFAULT JUDGEMENT
Dear The Lady Chief Justice Dame Sue Carr,
There must be certainty and consistency in Justice, else there is no Justice.
This case AC-2023-LON-003016 Charles Edward Staple v Attorney General underscores the unlawfulness and causation of the veto within Paragraph 135 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988, as well as the significant constitutional limitation on rights concerning private prosecution. You have removed our entitlement to a grand jury. You have revoked our right to private prosecution. Additionally, you have deprived us of accessing laws predating 1688, including the right not to be tortured (1640) by illegitimately allowing the repeal of Section 3 of the Bill of Rights (Convention Parliament). Prior to this veto (paragraph 135) we could prosecute torture. Furthermore, you have altered the interpretation of Section 2 of the Bill of Rights 1688, which originally stipulated that these rights could not be altered post the Convention Parliament, unlawfully giving Parliament the subversive right of veto on constitutional rights. In effect, allowing Parliament to proclaim itself as sovereign. Parliament cannot legislate against our Convention Parliament rights. The repeals were an unlawful subversion of an Englishman's rights, essentially bestowing parliament with the unconstitutional authority to modify fundamental rights.
Consequently, this action has effectively bestowed upon the state immunity to torture subjects within the realm of England.
These rights represent my birthright (Act of Settlement 1701, Section 4) - heir rights - incorporeal rights. In consideration of Sir Mark Rowley's public admission, "One officer had faced 11 misconduct hearings over sexual harassment, assault, fraud and other allegations. Some cases were proved, others dismissed, but they were dealt with individually; he wasn't fired and he's still serving in the Met," and his statement, "We've been slacking a bit, removing less than one a week, maybe 40 or 50 a year. Based on this report, which clearly says that we have been far too soft, there must be hundreds in the organisation I need to get rid of," it is crucial to emphasize the highlighted phrase, "in many cases criminal." The public and I are at significant risk of torture. Last year, 23 individuals died in England and Wales due to direct police contact during arrest, with five occurring during restraint.
The situation remains of utmost concern and requires immediate attention to ensure the safety and rights of the public. The Default Judgment is being unlawfully withheld by the RCJ breaching your own rules. Are there separation of powers or not? Are the courts as broken as the metropolitan police?
Yours sincerely,
send to Office of the Lord Chief Justice - complaints officer
You could so even better and set up a full complaint. Takes about 15m. Do it for Charlie!

"The King does not maketh the law, the law maketh the King" The King is a legal fiction who cannot harm us. If he does he will be held accountable. That is the law of the land.

CNN close Atlanta base. British top police comments on his "Criminal" cops! WOW
CNN are closing their Atlanta base because they alienating their base. The trouble with communists is that they only know hoe to run state monopolies, badly! They can only lead to corruption. Which leads me onto the centrally managed British police.
