Police Attack ANOTHER disabled man in wheelchair. This one lived. I think?
The reason this is happening: the system hates disabled people, whether mentally disabled or physically or god forbid you are both. This man in the wheelchair will hopefully survive. But Donald Burgess from Sussex didn't. He was 93, one leg, in a wheel chair, with dementia, in a care home, the police tasered him, pepper sprayed him, battened him, hand cuffed him and dragged him out of his chair and arrested him. He died three weeks later in hospital.
The police who did this to Donald have received special treatment by the courts (complex case management), the cps lowest possible charge, the IOPC (ex police not independent) say Donald did not die from his injuries and his death had nothing to do with his arrest. Even though he was taken via the police station to the hospital. He never returned to the care home.
The Sussex police should be charged under Criminal Justice Act 1988 section 134. Instead they have been charged with a minor offence. The SYSTEM is corrupt to the core.
Will they ever release the body worn footage? NO

Juries and civil cases against the police - YOUR RIGHT to have a Jury and why!
It is a little-known fact that some actions against the police compensation claims (specifically cases involving claims for false imprisonment and/or malicious prosecution) can be decided by a jury.
The right to trial by jury in such cases was preserved for such claims against the police after it was abolished for most other civil actions in 1933.
Putting such a case before a Jury does not, however, come without complications.
Judicial guidance in police claims
By s.69 of the Supreme Courts Act 1981, a party wishing to claim the right to have their case heard before a jury has to apply for it within 28 days of the service of the Defence.
Should either party fail to make such an application, the case must be tried by a Judge alone unless the Court in its discretion orders trial by jury. As May LJ noted in Times Newspapers Ltd v Armstrong (2006),
‘the discretion is now rarely exercised, reflecting contemporary practice. Contemporary practice has an eye, among other things, to proportionality; the greater predictability of the decision of a professional Judge; and the fact that a Judge gives decisions.’
Reasons to keep jury trials in police abuse claims
Given ‘contemporary practice’, why then encourage (as I routinely do) a victim of police abuse to elect jury trial?
Because an individual’s belief in the rule of law is shaken when they are a victim of wrongdoing by the police.
The police are agents of the state. The courts can be considered the same way, and I often hear scepticism of judicial independence and the need to avoid the ‘involuntary bias towards those of their own rank and dignity’ (Frank Cook v Telegraph Media Group Ltd (2011)).
Some might query whether my faith and confidence in jury trials in cases involving police abuse has been knocked.

Lucy Letby and Makayah McDermott. what happened and why?
The system will protect itself rather than take responsibility.
Two cases 1. Lucy Letby 2.. The killing of Rozanne Cooper, 34, and Makayah McDermott 10.
The only people challenging the system are us. Do we campaign for her release and a hearing heard under universal jurisdiction to get a fair trial and hearing? Were the police in both these investigations looking after their own. The system.

Met Police revealed as force 'not fit to serve Londoners effectively”
At least the press are reporting the misfeasance in office and perjury of oath. Not just by Police officers but also by MP's, Crown ministers and the King. Yep, it is a massive failure. They are admitting the thin blue line is anything but what it is purported to be. It is not honourable it is foul. The oaths that bind society continued . . . Privy Council . . . What if
So some oath takers hide conspiracies from you. What if they knew the damage vaccines were causing and kept the oath never to reveal. To protect the monarch and themselves.

What and why is an oath IMPORTANT? History and the law (custom, common and statute) tells us!
The oath system and my article will come soon. Why it is important to our society and why an Englishman's word is his bond.
The beating the man with the chain saw. This is vile policing. Summery justice being applauded on X.

When is a cure not a cure? When the pharmaceuticals are not earning from it. That is the answer to most ailments in my opinion.
Dr Glidden joins us again for a discussion on painful and crippling conditions that seem to disappear when the body is given what it needs. It is not always obvious but plants now lack what you should get from them.

English farmer in Derbyshire shoots burglar dead and injures two more. Thoughts?
An English farmer protecting his property and his life and limb shoots burglars. Police arrest him for murder and hold him in custody. Compare this home invasion to Donald Burgess a 93 year old disabled man, with one leg, in wheel chair, and suffering from dementia. The police took over a year to under charge them and the CPS put the case under complex case management. Meaning the officers addresses have been withheld from the public.
In other news our reporters were at Westminster Magistrates Court to hear Police Constable Mohammed Adil plead guilty to terror offence charges. He sent pictures and quoted a spokesman for Al-Qassam brigade the military wing of HAMAS.
Voting: I DO NOT CONSENT all over the country in various local and mayoral elections. This is the only true protest vote.

You have met the devil - was his words! The words of a police constable 2
Two courts cases today - one the sentence of Cliff Mitchell "The Devil" a police constable who raped a 13 year old girl and other victims, offences include kidnapping. The other case is Mohammed Adil - Terrorist related offence - but is it?
What is repugnance and how do we show it? What does it mean in law? Is protesting the bombing and killing of innocent people in Palestine showing your repugnance or rebellion. Are anti terror laws being used against legitimate support against another terrorist act? Is Israel committing terrorist acts and genocide? Was Israel founded on terrorism? These are legitimate questions BUT will I be arrested for asking them? Will the police - side with government policy rather than the law? Is it right the government can use oppression and suppression against the public showing their repugnance through rebellion? where does this stop?

Royal Courts of Justice. We have won the right to sue individual police officers.
The high court Judge listened intently understood the position listened to our arguments and found for us allowing us to sue the met police commissioner and 4 individual police officers.
They now all face court as defendants for what they did and all face liability in tort. In the high court.
