Fruit Custard Recipe | Mixed Fruit Custard | Easy Dessert Recipe | How to make Fruit Custard
Fruit Custard is an easy dessert made by mixing chopped seasonal fruits with chilled custard.
The main and only concern with this dessert is that the fruit custard can either become too thick or runny. So follow my simple steps and you will have a delicious creamy custard with perfect consistency, taste & sweetness.
Any seasonal fruits go well in this dessert. But most often I use apple, banana, mango, pomegranate
and grapes. It is better to use sweet fruits and leave out the sour tangy ones.
Also do not use citrus fruits like orange, grapefruit. Also omit the watery watermelon.
So lets see the ingredients
