Bluing Slot Car Track
Tone-down the bright look of the slot car rail for a less obvious appearance. The loop is Carrera Go 2 lane track cut into single lanes (on a band saw).
The camera picks up the sheen more than the naked eye. I have no loss of conductivity.

O27 and HO Crossing for O Scale Automobiles
Here is my O27 and HO crossing where my Lionel O27 trains interact with the homemade animated automobiles. Although not very clear in this video, the headlights on the SUV stay lighted when the car stops at the crossing by way of HF AC on the HO track. The HF AC doesn't affect the motor. HF AC was popular with old-school traction hobbyists. The O scale cars are built on HO switcher "guts." https://www.josephrampolla.com/Seventh.html The HF AC generator is a Peter J Thorne circuit.

Lionel GE 44 Ton Center Cab, Fixed
Here the old Lionel GE 44 Ton diesel locomotive is shown working better than it had for decades after a simple fix with a couple of hair (bobby) pins and some crazy glue (see: http://www.josephrampolla.com/44tonfix.html ). Questions and comments welcomed!
