ጮቄ ተራራ ሚዲያ (ሲቲኤም) ዓላማ በኢትዮጵያ እየተካሄዱ ባሉ እና በሚጠበቁ ዲፕሎማሲያዊ፣ ፖለቲካዊ፣ ኢኮኖሚያዊ እና ማህበራዊ ጉዳዩች ላይ ጥልቅ የሆነ ትንታኔ እና አስተያየት መስጠት ነው። ሲቲኤም ዝርዝር እና ሰፋ ያሉ ጥናቶችንና ዘገባወችን በማዘጋጀት፣ ትክክለኛ እና ጠቃሚ መረጃዎችን ለታዳሚዎቹ በመስጠት፣ በሀገሪቱ እየተካሄዱ ባሉ ተለዋዋጭ የሆኑ ጉዳዩች ላይ ጠለቅ ያለ ግንዛቤን በማስጨበጥ በወሳኝ ጉዳዮች ላይ መረጃ ላይ የተመሰረተ ውይይት እንዲያከሂዱ ያለመ ነው፣
