The Truth About: Turning Students into Terrorist in K-12?
Hello Friends,
We are back at it after a brief moment to think about and grieve. This work we are doing is about getting people to stop teaching Children to "Other" each other. What we saw in Hamas is a result of people taught to hate and not see the individual.
This is the EXACT SAME TEACHING AS IN ETHNIC STUDIES.
They know what is wrong and so they hide what is happening. I encourage you to do your research. Look at the videos promoting ethnic studies then go watch Christine Sleeters presentation they always leave out the section that talks about turning kids into activists. But it is there!
Deb Filman is brilliant and offers incites both on education and as being Jewish. Please check out her channel. https://www.youtube.com/redirect?event=channel_header&redir_token=QUFFLUhqbWZvbThrQWxWazhNaE4xUXJDWUZFYVdYTE55QXxBQ3Jtc0tra181RmxNajREN21BTmtUa3YxSkZUWjR1SVZncGdYTVY5S3VPdjVjMUwwZ2xFNnN1OWJ5dVR0QU85enRvaFBZbHBTazluRHN6SVhXb0pHamppdXpLS0ZiX3VXSjA4bGhMNlNJX1lXeTczRmxhZTY2QQ&q=https%3A%2F%2Fthereasonwelearn.com
We do talk in terms of good and evil in this video but you don't have to be religious to understand that what we are facing is dark and wrong.
This is recorded live and also available edited.

Cheering For Barbarism?! What makes people willing to root for Atrocities?
Hello Friends I hope you are well. Today I spoke with author and psychology professor Micheal Cross. Ive really been in a place of shock the past week looking at the situation in Israel and having that come home in how our own citizens are being taught to hate so completely.
Micheal is a professor of over 30 years experience and he has some real wisdom what it takes to destroy and rebuild monsters. (The only term I have for people who could bring themselves to do what they did to children.
Bringing it back to my particular focus, this is where Liberated Education takes us. There is a reason BLM and so many others made the statements they did and celebrating groups like this is in many of the new textbooks.
My hope is that these interviews will help shine a light but also leave viewers/ Listeners with hope and tools to help bring our students back from the terrible place they find themselves in!
If you would like to Follow more of what Micheal is doing please follow:https://www.youtube.com/@michaelcross6417

Straight from the Horses Mouth -Listening to an Ethnic Studies Presentation
Hey Friends, We did this live and it was a little blotchy so I'm removing that and putting this one up. We went through a presentation of Christine Sleeters where she speaks candidly about the "benefits" of ethnic studies.
In order for ethnic studies to be successful she urges is must be guided by Critical Race Theory, a primary goal is that they instill "Criticality" in students and teach them how they are oppressed due to systems of Capitalism.
it really is as simple as this: If you appreciate this country and the constitution. Ethnic Studies has no place.

Talking About Grass Roots Solutions with Former Utah Senator Al Jackson
Our Values are under attack. Every single thing that Americans hold dear is being dismantled and sadly many are actually helping it happen by being ill informed.. However there is a rising group that are waking up, that are asking "why" that are facing the demon in the face and saying "Not Here"
Today I had the privilege of speaking with former Utah State Senator Al Jackson. As a board member of the Woodson Foundation he absolutely is focused on helping people help themselves especially those who come from hard situations. We speak about Grit Resilience, History and Faith. It's an uplifting conversation that left me feeling hopeful. Please Listen share and continue subscribing.
Al and his wife are the CEO's of Moms for America, a group dedicated to educating parents and families on the founding principles that make our country remarkable. Here is a link to their website.

Dismantling Ethnic Studies In K-12 #3 Liberation As an Objective.
As we continue to make our way through the California Ethnic Studies model Policy, we are alarmed to find they have taken inspiration from radicals of the 1960's. In particular events at Berkley involving violence, riots and demands.
We open with Lynn speaking both about growing up in California, and at teaching what would today be considered ethnic studies in what was a positive way that covered the experiences of many diverse groups and didn't focus on malice.
Brooke then takes a deep dive in the 1960s San Francisco riots and Julie brings us back to the endgame, which is to destroy the west and use our kids to do so.
All of the material is available here if you'd like to view it for yourself
Please don't fall into the trap of "well that's crazy California" Utahs ethnic studies begin next year and then the goal is to make them a national standard.

Positive Patriarchy -A Conversation with Paris Cluff
Today I'm continuing my conversation with fathers. Paris is a father of 5 dedicated to traditional principals. His love for his family is evident in word and deed. and it was inspirational to speak with him.
Paris hosts two podcasts @FinancialSelfReliance and @PrepperTalkRadio I met him as one of the few fathers stepping into the school indoctrination battle.
I think Paris shows us a wonderful example of what fathers can be and often are, despite what society would have us believe. Paris is a man of faith and his LDS values are evident in everything he shares but there are some things about universal goodness that I think everyone can benefit from hearing! It was an absolute pleasure speaking with him and the other dads for this project. I hope you will listen and share!

Do WE Need to change Curriculum
Hey Everyone, We finally finished up post service at school, and while we were doing so a teacher friend of mine, asked me candidly, " Do you think parents will wake up" Truthfully I'm optimistic but cautiously so.. We don't really have a lot of time. If you look at what is being proposed by congress and also in the UK, you will see there is a huge power grab, to reduce parental role.
Anyway My friend expressed to me the idea that perhaps many parents WANT CRT in our schools. That shocked me most because I live in UTAH. But she pointed out that parents hear especially might crave diversity for their kids. I get that, it is rare out here to see anyone who looks like me. Thats WHY i took a job at a school. But what they are missing is that cultural diversity and UNITY is nothing like CRT. And in this video I prove it!
I don't so much go into what CRT is because I stumbled on an excellent channel that does that (and explains CRT) is the best most concise way possible. Instead I asked a few questions.
What purpose does it serve to change curriculum?
Who benefits?
How will this uplift kids?
Why do people support this?

The Christian Response to Woke Culture With Dr. Ernie Zarra III
This video is about CRT and its effects specifically in churches. While I realize this may alienate some viewers. This is my world view. While I find "woke" ideology disturbing and invasive. I'm not ultimately threatened. Because I know who I am. I view "wokeism" as many who study it do including Dr. James Lindsay who himself is an atheist. In this video Ernie and I delve into the Christian perspective on wokeism, vrs. the "religious" many people ask how I can have my background and still have a joyful heart. This is it. I don't feel limited our shackled by oppression, because I do unashamedly believe in grace and redemption.
Dr. Ernie Zarra has written several books on cultural issues. His most recent 'From Character to Color The Impact of Critical Race Theory on American Education' can be found on Amazon.
I so appreciated this conversation, because delving into resentment can be so heavy and discouraging! It's nice to be reminded that we aren't alone in the battle.
