Also, when it comes to tipped wage, it’s as clear as a summer’s day that the responsibility for paying an employee a decent wage falls indisputably onto the employer, not the customer. Currently, there is a popular presidential campaign slogan stating “No tax on tips.” I’ve got a better one: No tips on bills. It’s high time the custom came to an end and frankly, the server profession with it.

EPISODE #2 –– Married Moms in the Workplace: The Pants Wearers of the Family
The title of “housewife” or “stay at home mom” was then and is now unbefitting and degrading despite the fact that she is and has been a far more integral part of a functioning civilization. Do we call a lawyer a mere arguer? Or a captain, a sailor? Or a chef, a cook? No, the multiple facets of experience and knowledge demand a distinction in the title. How about maker of a home (homemaker) or more accurate—master of a home? Married mothers who transform a house into a home should get paid by tax dollars as a government employee under the title of Master Domicile.
