The California Constitutional Rights Foundation is currently pursuing lawsuits against the state towards Federal employees, and community college students and teachers who are being forced to receive unwanted shots. Parents, school staff, and students are retaliating against Gavin Newsom's executive order. Mandates dictating mandatory vaccinations for adults and children are infringing on basic constitutional rights.
