Russian Blini are similar to French Crepes, just a different consistency. This video walks you through making them from start to finish, including a recipe. Once they're ready, they can be served with sweetened sourcream, or with a variety of other fillings. (As I make more, I'll share variations in separate videos and refer to this "Blini" recipe as the base). Enjoy!
