The French left kicked off live on television.
Breaking News https://newslinks.news
The leftists have kicked off as Emmanuel Macron and Marine LePen advanced in the contest for the French President.
The Socialists, who were formerly a leading party with their leader in the top office as president, earned less than 2% of the vote, causing seething discontent among French leftists.
This simmering rage erupted on live television after one French politician argued with another. Because Marine LePen remained a near-co-favorite to win, the left is now in a panic, which resulted in a public showdown.
With Marine LePenbeingseen as a representative of the average person, Macron now has a majorimage problem because he is commonly known as a representative of the wealthy.
The leftists who are now supporting Macron have said that they willwork to reverse that view. Because it's clear that leftist parties aren't very popular, this might work against Macron.

Labour’s Yvette cooper offers no plan to change non-dom status.
On Sky News this morning, Labour's Shadow Home Secretary, Yvette Cooper, was asked whether the Labour Party will get rid of the non-dom status, which was formerly their policy during Jeremy Corbyn's last Labour Shadow government.
Though the Labour Shadow Home Secretary expressed liberal anger over Rishi Sunak's wife's legal tax status, she also had no concrete solution to the non-dom matter, other than to say that she was looking into it.
Yvette Cooper said it was about moral standards, even if Rishi Sunak's wife's tax situation is lawful. When it comes down to it, Labour seems to have plenty of fury as long as it's directed against the Conservatives, while being hesitant to do anything to match their concern about non-dom status.

Boris states that his brush with COVID didn’t taint his decision-making during the pandemic.
More news: https://newslinks.news
Boris Johnson revealed on GB News today how he became seriously ill with COVID 19. The PM was reluctant to speak into depth about what happened and how he felt at first, but he eventually did.
Boris hasn’t said much about his experience with COVID, but he did mention the two NHS nurses who saved his life and helped him maintain his oxygen levels when they dropped when he was admitted to the hospital.
Anyone who has experienced COVID “can tell you today, it can be pretty debilitating, it does put you flat on your back, thats what happened to me,” Boris said.
Boris claimed that all he could think about while in hospital was getting back to work and helping the nation get over the pandemic, but he realised he had no choice but to isolate and recover.
Boris was then asked whether his COVID experience influenced his decisions on lockdowns and restrictions during the epidemic.
“This has been a line of thought, an inquiry by people,” Boris said. “ People said ‘well did my own personal experience of having a bad brush with COVID make me more risk averse?’ which is one way people have characterised the question, and i really think the answer to that is no.”

DIVIDE AND CONQUER - Sajid Javid criticises unvaccinated people.
Despite the fact that the vast majority of people in hospital with covid are vaccinated, the UK Health Secretary went on a rant against the unvaccinated. Sajid attempted to blame the unvaccinated for the lack of beds for those who require heart surgery. This attempt to classify those who have not been unvaccinated as a subclass or as less valuable than those who have been vaccinated is startling.

With negotiation time running out, the EU are doing their best to stall the process, to push Britain beyond the deadline date. The EU claim they don't have enough time to ratify an agreement if one can be found, so they would prefer another extension.
On Euronews, the Belgian MEP and member of the Brexit steering group, Philippe Lamberts, said they would like to keep the "status quo" to ratify an agreement. During that interview, he said that a deal takes typically 130 days, but they'll try to do it in weeks. He also said that this wouldn't be an extension just a ratification period to get a deal in place.
With this MEP saying he wants to keep the "status quo ", this would mean more money being sent to the EU and continued access for EU fishing fleets.
We've known the EU long enough to know they can not be trusted with the deadline date on when the UK leaves the EU.
The transition process was set for a reason, and now the EU are doing their best to push Britain up to the deadline to try and force Britain to extend in the name of securing a deal.
A new deadline date would mean new terms and conditions. The new terms and conditions would most likely be in favour of the EU as we are still under their rules.

BREAKING /// GUN BOATS AT THE READY, NO PROGRESS IN BREXIT NEGOTIATIONS, NO DEAL ON THE HORIZON.

The EU and UK are said to be miles apart from crucial elements in trade talks. If key elements aren't bridged the only outcome left is a No Deal exit from the block.
Boris has stepped up No Deal planning including defending our waters with Navy gunboats in the channel. This is to stop french fishers entering Britains waters illegally after they have recently threatened repercussions for not having a deal in place.
Ben Wallace said: "When it comes to a Brexit deal whatever that is, it is no secret that we would use our military to help support in logistics or anything else as required by other departments - we only do things at the request of civilians.
"If they ask for help we will give it."
The UK Prime Minister has said regardless of the outcome of negotiations; the UK must take back control and become a sovereign state away from EU controls.
The EU are anxious about a no-deal exit as that would be an instant lockout of french fishers into British fishing waters.
In the Sun, Mr Wallace has called for the French to respect UK sovereignty as Britain leaves and take back its waters. Mr Wallace said: "Whatever happens in the negotiations people should respect each other's sovereign waters and follow the rule of law and behave peacefully and in line with it.
"We will be there to make sure we protect our fisherman because they have the right to be protected as they go about their lawful business."
French fishers did react to this defensive plan. The president of Normandy's regional fisheries committee, Dimitri Rogoff, said having the Navy controlling Britain's waters "would mean that we are negotiating things that relate to war".
Recent reports from the negotiation talks haven't seen any real progress. The same stumbling blocks on fisheries and level playing field remain.

BREAKING /// BRITAIN SEALS A TRADE DEAL WITH MEXICO.
With Britain now beginning to position its sails to the world, some great trade news has been announced today citing a £5 billion trade agreement with Mexico. This deal would see tariffs remain at zero percent on things like UK beverages and Cars.
To further this agreement, the two sides have said to be meeting in the new year to work on a brand new deal.
International Trade Secretary, Ms Truss said: “This deal supports a trading relationship worth more than £5billion and locks in access to each other's markets.
"We look forward to working together with our Mexican friends and allies on a new and ambitious trade agreement in 2021.
“This will allow our two countries to go much further in areas such as data, digital trade, investment, intellectual property and services.
"This is also the seventh trade deal we've secured with a member of CPTPP, the grouping of 11 dynamic economies around the Pacific.
“So, it's another really important stepping stone toward the UK joining CPTPP, and I look forward to making our application to do just that early next year.
"Together we'll enjoy even more success by seizing this opportunity to take our trade to new heights.
“International trade will help us to overcome the challenges of coronavirus and drive economic growth across our United Kingdom."
Currently the CPTPP represents 13 percent of global GDP. With the UK on board it could see the GDP increase to 16 percent. This alliance would also see 95 percent of trade tariffs fall.
