THE murder of rapper Phat Geez was caught on a home security camera that police hope will help them identify his killer.

Meek Mill is now roped into the latest Diddy lawsuit drama -- quite salaciously and carelessly, we might add -- and yet, he's taking the bait and publicly responding with a rant about being straight as an arrow.

Donnell Rawlings is defending his Laugh Factory beef with fellow comic Corey Holcomb ... telling us that while he could've gone about it differently, his rival reeks of hypocrisy. We got Donnell on "TMZ Live" Tuesday ... where he tells us the spat ensued 'cause he wanted to shield himself from CH's allegations that anybody in comedy who's done 3 movies or more has had to perform fellatio on someone in the biz -- something he outright denies. In other words, the attack itself didn't make sense. In hindsight, Donnell admits he shouldn't have yelled at Corey, but he wanted to protect his integrity and those in comedy who've done over 3 movies. In general, Donnell doesn't understand the need for comics to create controversy by taking shots at others ... something that's been happening quite a lot lately in epic fashion.

Cops have been probing Fegan following a shooting that happened in September 2022. She is accused of speaking to one of the suspects, telling them there was an arrest warrant out. Fegan allegedly told them to get rid of their cell phone. Attorney Renee Rockwell has said Fegan vehemently denies the charges.

The suspect, who has lived in the city for about a year, was previously arrested at least twice before in Manhattan — and dumped back on the street without bail both times. He is accused of stealing pants from Nordstrom Rack and punching and biting a store employee there in late November, and then helping to swipe a coat and suitcase from Macy’s in Herald Square, where he also allegedly punched a worker in the face, just before Christmas. They are set to undergo deportation proceedings at some point. One of them, Kelvin Servita Arocha, 19, tried to hide his role in the cop brawl by changing clothes afterward, authorities said Friday. The suspect, who has been in the US for three months, had initially been freed without bail and was taken into custody in a Bronx apartment Tuesday on the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement warrant. The judge set his bail at $15,000 Friday in the cops’ beating. Prosecutors had asked that he be held without bail. The second reputed member of the Tren de Aragua gang, Wilson Juarez, 21, didn’t touch any of the officers during the beating, but tried to throw cops off the case by switching clothes with another suspect, prosecutors said.
