Did you know the US came out of it's 3rd international bankruptcy on 11/2/1999? And International bankruptcy laws say 3 strikes and your out. And that is why there wasn't a declaration of a new president on 11/3/99 (hanging chad) because the US Constitution was no longer valid. They no longer had the title 4 flag...treasury...ports...
