Dr. James Blackwell is a retired national security analyst with a prolific record of previous publications (www.jamesblackwellauthor.com). He currently works full time as a military analyst, author, and lecturer. He teaches graduate courses in Military Strategy and American Foreign Policy for the Bush School of Government and Public Service, Texas A&M University.
