Hi everyone,

My name is Khamesha and I am here to provide healthy alternatives. I loved playing with plants when I was a child. I had a curiosity and fascination with the beautiful things I’d see all around outside. Always wondering.. Were they just for beauty? I had no idea of the many positive benefits they provided for us. It saddens me to see so many health issues going on around the world not just in my community. I’ve always felt that nature provides us with whatever we need to maintain and thrive to live long healthy fun lives! I am a mother to five amazing children and a wife to a loving & devoted husband, my soul mate for over 14 years. I love gardening, nature, astrology, cooking, and spending time with family.
