We got a call at 7:30 pm to a job because one of the flexible water hose has burst under the sink. We'd been out about a year and a half ago, and there were actually photos of this flexible hose with stacks of rust marks on it. We also gave her a quote to get it fixed, but she didn't want it at the time. And now it's flooded the kitchen and destroyed the cupboard a little bit. If you do have one of those, please take the door off and have a look inside and see if there's any #fire #damage in there, because this is the second one we've come across in three weeks that's ended up in this situation. Do you own a #Dux #Storage #HotWaterSystem, or something very similar? It'd be a good idea just to lift the cover off every now and then and have a look at how it's burning. We got called to a customer's house, and this one actually had flames coming out of the bottom of the burner, and as you can see, it was burning each side of the foam on the outside. Now this can be very dangerous. You don't want flames coming out here and setting your whole unit alight, and then potentially your whole house. What causes that is either a blockage in your flue, or in this case this device was failing, and not opening the flap in there for the flue.
