Last year I took a solo trip to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida to head to Magic Kingdom for one last drop through the briar patch on Splash Mountain.

Took a quick trip to Orlando to attend the opening night of Universal Orlando's Halloween Horror Nights, but first - after a year and half without them, I had to go to the new Portillo's for my favorite chili dogs in the world!
