Bee Buzzes Around Zinnias
A short and sweet video of a bee buzzing around our pollination garden, landing on zinnia flowers. At one point he hangs out on the same flower with a wasp.

Construction Zone Behind the Neighborhood Walmart
I examine a former place I used to walk and rockhunt that is now fenced off with security cameras and major construction of something is taking place. The site is behind my neighborhood Walmart and close to Highway 6 as well as adjacent to train tracks. Now fenced off with signs. AMERICA!

Living in Covid Times
A critically thoughtful examination series of various bits of non-sensicle gobbledygook.
This series shares a personal citizen's file collection.
The collection features many signs, advertisements, headlines, and rules that have been scraped off of media and corporate publications in various locations and forms.
This collection of questionable content has been steadily growing since the worldwide pandemic sent us spinning off kilter. Since that storm t'would appeat we are no longer on a sensible course.
The tempest grows faster than the delta as we are torn usunder amid crashing covid waves in a corona infested sea of confusion.
Come sail with me- this ship could use a new crew, a few good men, and perhaps a mutiny.

Please do not disturb my oxygen flow
Experimenting with different types of masks, I attempt to comply with the newly reinstated Nevada Casino mask mandate and simultaneously request not to be disturbed as I sneak some sniffs of mask-free casino air.

Return of the Masks 2
Sometimes these mandates and policies and this whole damn pandemic just get so ridiculous that you either want to cry or just have to have a little fun with it.
I like to have fun with a little song and walk to the beat of my own lyrics on somebody else's tune. I revised this old classic making it relevant to these covid times. I was pushing the limits trying my luck and playing huh my hand masking my face in a Wendover Casino. First trip since they reinstated the Mandate which says everybody has to wear masks again, even the people who are vaccinated.
There are
Vigilant Security guards walking around enforcing the policy and a frequent announcement being made to the casino floor telling you about the governor's mandates to keep you safe blah blah blah... I didn't vote for him, that's for sure.
But I'm still constantly being reminded about his man dates.
Sisolak was not my candidate and I don't care for him as a politician but about his personal life...
....I don't care what he does or who he goes out with on his dates he shouldn't try and dictate what we do when we're trying to have fun. So here I go bopping around the casino inspired by a classic 90s Jam I heard. This video gives a peek into gaming in Nevada post corona.
I record the scene with a little spring in my step, song in my head, mask over my face.
BB navigating my way through these unprecedented times, marveling at how Nevada has reinstated The Mask policy.

Masked Mandates for All return to Nevada Casinos
I recently visited Nevada and tried to play my hand at Keno in the casino. I had quite a night of Corona navigation. I experienced some misfortune and misadventure trying to navigate through the unpresidented and often confusing mask reinstated mandate rules and regulations. I heard a classic old school 90's song in the casino and that inspired me to revise the lyrics to fit these covid times. Please forgive the silliness, I had a few complimentary beverages--they still do serve drinks to gambling guests, as long as you replace your mask right back over your face after every sip.

Ants: Anti Social Distancing
These mad piles of little reddish brown ants keep cropping up outside our home and beyond, we have seen them on the side of the road, sidewalks, and playgrounds near us. Late spring to mid-August, these piles of little ants continue to appear above ground. I am not sure if they are newly hatched or just having a company picnic outside of their colonies, but I know one thing for sure--
These ants have never heard of social distancing! They seem to be thriving, and I am happy for them.
The kids like to see them too. They are going crazy, scrambling about.
Pretty interesting little creatures. They have a queen, yet she wears not a crown, so...no corona.
I couldn't resist touching the ant mass, so I lightly poked at a section of the ant party, the kids want to try, so I modeled just reaching out a finger and resting it lightly on a spot. Ants squiggled, kids giggled.
They are learning a lot about nature just from our backyard.
I think it is very important to teach children to respect and revere nature, and to be gentle to lifeforms from tiny to giant.
If they can feel empathy and care for the littlest insects they will surely be kind to animals of all shapes and sizes, even humans...our species is often the hardest to love, I think. Still, we are being with feelings, who need a purpose and to be part of something.
We thrive when we stick together. Ants seem to understand life better than we, especially in these crazy dismal pandemic days.
I wonder if things might be different if every human child learned to care for creatures great and small...
Wouldn't that be wonderful world

Stay 6 feet away from me!
Just following floor stickers, store signs and shopping to the beat of my own 6 feet, inspired by Dire Straits, the band and a proper description for these Covid Times.
I recorded this little vid in 2020, soon after the world turned upside down and, like most, turned me into a masked bandit.
I was still feeling like everything was so surreal.
Like the masks on my face, the new world normal will never fit right with me.
At least we can have a little music and perhaps some humor along the way.
Thank you for watching my first Rumble upload --I'm excited to be reaching out and virtually connecting with people, we can be "together apart" and other such things that make no sense at all but seem to be the style of these "unprecedented" times. So let's Roll, (safely, and in the correct direction, 6 feet apart, and all that ...).
