800g chicken meat
500g potatoes
1 onion
1 carrot
salt, hot red pepper and curry to taste
100ml boiling water
Put chicken meat in a baking dish, add spices (I have curry) and mix everything. Next, add finely chopped onion, coarsely grated carrots, chopped potatoes, salt and pepper to taste, add boiling water. Cover with foil and bake in an oven preheated at 356F for 60 minutes. Ingredients:
1 tbsp warm milk
1 tbsp dry yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg + 1 egg white (yolk for brushing)
a sachet of vanilla sugar
100g melted butter
a pinch of salt
5 cups of flour
1/3 tsp turmeric
sesame seeds for sprinkling
Baking process:
Stir milk, sugar and yeast. Wait for 5-10 minutes until the yeast become activated. Next, add the egg, egg white, vanilla sugar, butter, salt and mix. Sift flour and add turmeric. Knead a soft elastic dough. Grease the container with vegetable oil and put the dough there. Leave the dough in a warm place for 40 minutes. Next, put the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment and flatten it with your hands to form a circle. Cover with foil and leave the dough for another 20 minutes. Then add a little milk to the yolk and brush the dough. Bake in a preheated oven up to 356 F until golden brown.

Best Challah Bread Recipe | Easy Challah Bread🥨
INGREDIENTS:
150ml warm water
1.5 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp salt
30gr melted unsalted butter
2 eggs
4 cups of flour (the cup volume is 200 ml may take a little more or less, since the flour is different for everyone).
For brushing:
1 yolk + 1 tsp milk
sesame seeds for sprinkling
Baking process:
First make a dough starter. Take 150ml of warm water, add all the sugar, salt, a little flour (I have 5 heaped spoons) and yeast, mix and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes. Next, take the eggs, add the melted butter at room temperature and mix everything. Then add this mixture to our dough. Then gradually sift the flour and knead the sticky dough. Put the dough to rest in a warm place for 40 minutes. Once the dough has rested, divide it into 4 equal parts. Roll each part thinly and roll it into a tube as in the video. Next, make a braid. Then put our challah on a baking sheet, cover with foil and leave for another 20 minutes. Next, add a little milk to the yolk and brush the braid. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. You can also sprinkle with poppy seeds or sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C until golden brown. INGREDIENTS:
1,300g flour
4 eggs (1 egg for brushing)
50ml vegetable oil
1.5 tbsp warm water (glass size 200 ml)
2 tbsp dry yeast
4tbsp sugar
salt to taste
First make the dough starter. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and yeast to half a glass (100ml) of warm water. Wait for the yeast to become active. Then add the egg, remaining sugar, 1 tbsp warm water, a pinch of salt, vegetable oil, activated yeast and sifted flour and knead a soft dough. Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes. Then leave the dough for 1-1.5 hours. Divide the dough into the first 3 equal parts, then divide each part into 3 parts. Grease the baking pan with vegetable oil and put 3 doughs side by side as shown in the video. Leave the dough for another 30 min. Then add 2tbsp of water to 1 egg and spread it on the loaves. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.

The recipe is for 4 servings.
1 cup of red lentil (cup volume 250 ml)
1 medium onion
1 medium carrot
1 medium potato
1 tablespoon tomato paste
6 glasses of water (glass volume 250 ml)
salt and pepper to taste (if you want the soup to be spicy, add a little bitter red pepper)
Put lentils, potatoes, carrots in a saucepan and add water, then put on fire. Meanwhile, fry the onions in vegetable oil. Add the tomato paste to the onion and continue to fry until tender.
