SUPER DELICIOUS RICE FOR 30 MIN🍚

Ingredients:

2 cups of rice (cups volume is 200 ml)
2 carrots
1 onion
vegetable oil for frying
salt to taste
3 cups of water

First, rinse the rice. Next, chop an onion, rub the carrots on a coarse grater. Pour some vegetable oil into a frying pan and fry the onions and carrots for a couple of minutes. Then add rice and fry for a couple of minutes. Then add water so that the water covers the whole rice. Simmer under a lid over low heat for 10 minutes. Add salt to taste and simmer until cooked, until all the liquid has evaporated. And our delicious rice is ready, bon appetit! :)
