Peasant training in the forest! Nothing better than nature & training

After 12 hours of peasant work I decided to head to the woods for a little training and exploring. I worked on kicks with a resistance band and steal toed boots.

Sorry if I was sounding crazy/mentally unwell. I was just feeling the power of God. Working out rules. Really makes you feel connected to God. I got some nice views of the Solar Eclipse This was a light workout. Best done after a lift to maximize results. GREAT WORKOUT FOR ALL ATHLETES A workout I used to do when I played football. Now I train Kickboxing so I figured i'd start doing it again. Try it out for a few months and let me know how you feel. Great for strengthening quick-twitch muscles. Give me a follow and God Bless

Training some footwork and kicks in the toxic sand off lake erie. I did 10 runs thru the ladder and 10 sets of 10 high kicks with a resistance band on my ankles.
