This works for me, prioritizing protein, the best imo red meat. Shrimp is my next choice with some good fats. Keep carbs down and maximum 3 meals per day. I usually get two in.

Had the dinosaur bbq the last two days as OMAD. Lost a few more pounds since a few weeks back.

In order to help heal my body I needed to eliminate plants for the most part and eat an ancestral diet, lots of fat. My gut health is greatly improved by removing plant toxins, fiber and most importantly carbs.
