Day two of 30 cold plunge

While against wall; back flat, feet 12” ahead of you. Squeeze shoulders together pulling elbows down as low as you can with hands up, raise up & squeeze at top. 8-15 reps for 2 sets daily.

Squeeze shoulder blades, buttocks & abdominals, raising pelvis 2-3” off floor for 3-5 count. 2 sets of 20 daily.

Hip flexibility, make sure to press thumb into buttocks to feel it flex when you squeeze at top opening . 2 sets of 20 each leg daily.

Flexibility for hips & knees. Try to 20 at a time for 100 a day
