I was entrenched in New Age practices and ideologies for nearly a decade after consulting a medium for the first time when my grandmom tragically died in 2014. This quickly spiraled me into tarot, crystals, reiki, yoga, astrology and more. I was a witch and didn't even know it!

But despite how many spiritual practices I had, despite all the "self-healing" work I did - it was only ever a bandaid on a gunshot wound. I still had severe depression and anxiety.

Until one night in 2021 when I came to the end of myself, ready to end my life, when I called out to Jesus Christ to "save me."
