The federal constitution is not at all silent on today's problems. It's been yelling at us for generations now. We just haven't been listening. It's time we fix that.

This is about how we can fix all manner of problems right now...from the state, as well as federal levels.

We've slouching toward totalitarianism for too long. We need to snap out of our slumber reclaim what is ours. This is a fine place to start.

This'll be a major paradigm shift from what we hear from both our troubled tribes. I'll cite a few state constitutions to prove that we were to have a much more civil, peaceful, prosperous and free country than...well...look around.

We The People aren’t supposed to trust anybody with too much power. So this is about separation and opposition of powers, some fundamental concepts of our federal constitution's purpose and design, and the problems with both a Convention of States/ Article V Convention, and ...Lysander Spooner.

I was up late, didn't shave, and it was the middle of a thunderstorm. That's either the worst time to make a podcast, or the best. Either way, this is more about the false-flag GOP puppet show than it is about the horrible, power-grabbing TikTok bill. Sorry if this sounds angry. I mean it to sound like justified rage against a now-absolutely-inexcusable Two Party System, and its most hypocritical half.

Like everything these days, we've sharply divided the "border crisis" into only two sides...both of them mostly wrong, and partly right. I'll try to address the right parts, and add a few things nobody from either side of our Two Party Puppet Show wants to discuss.
