Martice Fuller Trial Day 4 **MAY CONTAIN GRAPHIC CONTENT**
Martice Fuller, who was only 15 years old at the time of the alleged crime, faced charges of first-degree intentional homicide and attempted first-degree homicide. He was accused of stalking and breaking into Kaylie Juga's home on May 9, 2019.
Martice became distraught after Kaylie ended their relationship, which was alleged to have turned violent. Despite being ordered to stay away from Kaylie while in school, Martice continued to stalk her, resulting in his expulsion from their high school. This expulsion also terminated his participation in the high school football team, and he held Kaylie responsible for what he perceived as the ruin of his life.
On the afternoon of May 9, 2019, Martice entered Kaylie's home and proceeded to her bedroom, where she listened to music. He shot her five times before encountering her mother, Stephanie, in the hallway, shooting her twice. Stephanie survived the attack.
Martice Fuller's trial, initially scheduled for February 2020, faced delays due to allegations of juror interference. Recorded jailhouse calls purportedly captured Martice "mentioning certain jurors by name" to family members and friends, as indicated in court documents. Subsequently, the trial date was rescheduled for August 31 but was further postponed due to unrest in the city of Kenosha, Wisconsin, following the police shooting of Jacob Blake.

Monster Number 2, Paul Ferguson, Sentencing
I know the courtroom audio is low. I had the volume to the max and boosted 600%. I can't control the courtroom audio.
We have arrived at the final chapter in this book of horrors. We have sent Shanda, Paul's mom, off to her forever home, and now it's time to send Paul off to his home. I hope the pre-sentencing investigation gave Judge Kacel all the information needed to sentence Paul the proper amount of time. I don't know what that is, but I hope it is many decades. Nothing can ever fix what these two monsters did to Timothy. I hope Timothy's other siblings can find peace and stop blaming themselves once these monsters are behind bars.

Adam Montgomery VERDICT
The jury deliberated for 6 hours 44 minutes before handing down their verdict.
Adam Montgomery stands accused of causing his 5-year-old daughter, Harmony's death in 2019. Although her body has never been found, police in New Hampshire charged him with the crime in the fall of 2022. He is charged with second-degree murder, second-degree assault, abuse of a corpse, falsifying evidence, and witness tampering.
Prosecutors say Adam Montgomery punched Harmony to death in 2019 while in a car with his estranged wife Kayla and their two boys. Kayla told investigators that Adam hit Harmony in the head with a closed fist because she had a "bathroom accident" in the car the family was living in at the time. Kayla stated this had happened three separate times on Dec. 9, 2019. She said that after the final blow, Adam said words to the effect that he felt something or heard something when he hit Harmony, and, "I think I really hurt her this time. I think I did something."
The couple is accused of hiding Harmony's body by moving her around and placing her in a duffle bag, a cooler, and attic space. Investigators suspect Adam dismembered Harmony and disposed of her body.

Adam Montgomery Trial Day 2
After an unusual start to this trial, we finally get to hear opening statements today. On day one, the jury went to view three scenes where the state contends Harmony was beaten, died, and where her body was hidden until Adam removed it. Adam Montgomery also conceded two charges during day one, which were falsifying evidence and abuse of a corpse. He waived his right to be present in the courtroom and did not show up for court.
