I request from the board the permission to do an experiment to see if the public prefers white or amber emitting LED street lighting.

This video was prepared for the town of Evans Board, so to convince them to allow me to modify a street lamp. In the video I explain why I want to do this. In short, white LED street lighting effects circadian rhythm, whereas amber LED lighting does not.
