Naruto was the catalyst to a lot of change in my life. I was shy, skinny, I struggled in social situations and had nothing going for me. Now I’ve gained 30kg of muscle, I’m a confident guy and I make a living on social media. Unrecognisable. And I have anime to thank for that.

I used to be SKINNY, around 68kg (bear in mind I’m 6’3 so I looked even skinnier). When I was on LA one time, an older friend told me that I would probably get more girls if I gained weight and told me that he knew someone who had done it. I then went on a fitness journey, trying everything I could, ultimately gaining up to 30kg. I’m currently between 90 and 100 on any given day.

I used to constantly get friendzoned and it drove me to change. Here I tell a story of trying to chat to a girl in Amsterdam, failing and how it led me to read the Game by Neil Strauss.
