We are preparing for drilling our well! And we are trying to finish digging out the foundation for the house so we can start pouring the foundation! But without a machine to do the heavy work this will take some time... AND Paul has injured his wrist and thumb joint when working, so he is kind of handicapped at the moment. We hope to get a machine asap to finish the work for us🤞🏼🙏🏼😌

We take a look around our property and looks at some before an after pictures and videos😎🤗 The only tools we have for cleaning are a chainsaw, an ax and a hedge trimmer😉

For a while now we've been trying to find solutions for how we can use the trees we have on our property for something other than just firewood and making different kind of decorations... We want to make our own building material!! Think of all the great things that can be built and made. You can make your own wooden floors, make your own furnitures etc! Sky is the limit🤗 At first we thought we could just buy a bigger saw blade for the Stihl chainsaw we have, but no! That didn't work.. We have the 210 model, and was told that no other blade fit... not larger or smaller saw blade. Our spanish is’nt that great yet so to communicate what we actually where trying to do became kind of difficult. After some back and forth Paul found a guy who had tested something similar to what you can see in our new video, very rewarding to test out new things when it's a success🤗🤩

In this video, we show you some of the work we have done in preparing the area where the house will be placed. Such as felling trees, barking trees so that we will be able to use them at a later time. We also show a bit of what we use the trees for, we don't just cut them up... we want to make use of them and make things we need which we think is very exciting and inspiring, it increases our creativity so to speak and we love it.

15 December will be a special day for us to remember, the access road was finally completed to the point that we were able to bring in a construction machine!! Thank's to Gabo, Willy and Sebastian (the machine operator) for making this happen🙏 Finally, it looks like ''El Divino'' really will be realised🙌🦋

Today we took our tomatoplants out to El Divino to plant them in the ground! They have grown a lot and needed more space to grow to be able to give us a good harvest and lots of tomatoes🍅🍅🍅🤗 Hopefully they will thrive and give us lots and lots of tomatoes in the future☀️♥️🍀🥰

After the longest rainy season EVER, we can now finally drive all the way onto our plot! 🎁THE BEST CHRISTMAS GIFT WE COULD GET🎁 This video shows how we started out in September, with no drivable road, and how we have ended up with the access road in December. We have been able to access our lot to do the work we've been sharing with you these last months by carrying all the equipment and tools back and forth 250 meters between our property and the parking lot we created. It's our very first day of work on our plot, and we're really looking forward to it!!💚 We have used a large part of this week to measure the boundary and open up the boundary area around the plot itself so that we know where we actually own and don't own, what is ours and what is, for example, a neighboring plot or a road. This is very important, and it is also important that it is absolutely correct!🍀 We've only just started and we have a long way to go, but it's a wonderful feeling to have started... This is a lifelong project so we don't expect to ever be completely finished. Progress has been great this week and a lot has been done, we are very pleased with how the workers have really put in an effort this week! We have also been able to do a lot in the planning area, so we are also very satisfied with our own efforts. Sometimes bad weather might be a good thing🤩🍀

Thank's to the bad weather we could take the time to brainstorm a little around how to construct, what we want to use for construction, materials etc and designing a littlebit... Theese things take time, but are crucial for the end result.

We're back after a few monts, some changes have been done but not as much as we had hoped. But that's just the Mexican way😅😇 It's soo amazing to be back in theese magical energies, finally🌸💗 Didn't know how much we've missed it before we actually where here🦋✨
