I'm ChaCha and I'm a retired Registered Nurse, nutritionist and herbalist who enjoys a plant-based, sometimes vegetarian eating lifestyle and learning all I can about growing more vibrant through scratch cooking, growing organic food and herbs and applying it in practice in my own life. Sometimes you'll catch me singing in the shower or dancing in the kitchen or the forest and just stopping to smell the roses in this beautiful experience we call life.
