A space where I aim to provide some experience, perspective and education to those who are hungry to grow in the fitness & wellness space, yet are realistic, humble and know they have more to give but are unsure how to tap into it.

I'll share my relatively "young" experience of 15 years so far in this industry, the challenges I've faced and currently facing, the mistakes I've made, and some wisdom for those of you thinking about starting, getting started or in it and looking for the next step in your careers.

I haven't made it yet, and will never make it. I'll never be satisfied and neither should you be. But join me as we seek to constantly develop and learn in this maze and puzzle we call life!
