GM Small/Large Block Summit Hi-Torque SUM-829105 Starter Fitment. Shims for the bolts too?
This is a great starter. The bolts, even the correct ones, are loose and that can cause the pinion gear to the flex place/flywheel to be off. Just some electrical tape is all you need to make double dog sure the starter stays in place. This starter required no shims. Easy to fit and wire but I had to rotate the starter to get it away from the header and that was a task getting that 5mm bolt out. It also caused the cover to rub but that was easy to fix. Nothing too hard overall and does it ever start better.

Spitfire Gets An AC Delco Gold 334-2114 19135672 3-Wire - Not A External Voltage Regulator. It Works
I toyed with an externally regulated alternator but just gave up on that. I got the VR103T Standard box but just decided to go with what I know. 1/R with 2/F with the 2/F going the the battery to excite the alternator and the 1/R going to the smart light on the facia/dash. Road Trip to test 4 old alternators and one was so bad it wouldn't even start the test. One Denso with the S,IG,L & FR and I like that it works but don't have a place for it now. A look at the special tool drawer, brake fluid with lumps!

Ignition Switch1961-1966 Ford F-100, F-250, & F-350 Pickup OEM type. Don't use it & Use Marine kind
The OEM type is a real pain in Fords of this era. On my old truck I didn't even bother and just went to a nice marine quality switch and it's great and easy to fit.

Suzuki RM250 Part 4 - Almost. I was going to fix the cracked subframe. 2006 BMW with an Edelbrock?
I figured out how to fix a SnowBear small trailer locking pin. Funny how us guys that have shops have a dartboard in the background. I had big plans but the dang part wasn't here. I have some good ideas I think but I'll need to do it later.

Johns Motorcycle frame had a blob of JB Weld on a frame part covering a fairly bad crack. Bonus Footage on a fountain with some thick copper wire to keep a hose pick up down and copper helps fight scum in water. It sends Al G. on its way.

Johns Motorcycle Part 1. Removing A Pesky Bearing Race With A Dremel, Chisel & Hammer. More Soon
This Race was on a long shaft so a press was hard to set up. I cut a slot in the race and let the pressure off and it came off easy with a chisel & hammer. This is part one of many to come with cleaning & powder coating coming. Should be a nice project.

Dodge Stratus Oil Drain Plug Threaded With A Spark Plug Insert? Better Than A Self Tapping Oversize.
Quickie Lub stripped out the oil drain plug and used a expanding rubber plug with a wing nut. I don't like the aftermarket self tapping oil plugs so I had the idea of using a 14MM spark plug kit that comes with a tap and inserts. This happens at 44 minute mark as there was many other things to do like a few road trips, Sean had some stories, John came up and a hot Dodge Burn Out on wet grass!
