Standing up. God,family and country.

School bus involved. 10 kids on board. Non injured. Truck driver had minor injuries and was transported to hospital.

I was out hunting. And tried to shoot a buck. But the round was a dud. And when the hammer hit the primer. The buck ran off. I took the doe that was with him. Two days later my brother and I were going to go out. Instead of splitting ways. I told him we were going to get him his first deer. I gave him the round that did not fire. And we set out. We were out an hour before sun up. To no avail. So we set out to check the field close by. We took about 30 minutes to walk 100 yards. As to not make noise. Kyler (my brother) took the lead. The second he got into the opening. He saw his buck. Broad side and 150 out. Dropped him on the spot. The joy I experienced from this was next level. Like up near the birth of my children. Thank you god.
