Ingredients :
Eggs : 6
Salt : 1/4 tsp , 1/2 tsp
Black pepper : 1/4 tsp , 1/2 tsp
Milk : 1/4 Cup
Butter : 2 Tbsp
Onions (Chopped) : 1/4 Cup
Carrot : 1/4 Cup
Tomato : 1/4 Cup
Capsicum : 1/4 Cup
Zucchini : 1/4 Cup
Cabbage : 1/4 Cup
Garlic powder : 1/2 tsp
Mixed herbs : 1/2 tsp
Cheddar cheese : 1/4 Cup
Directions :
•In a large bowl, add eggs, salt, black pepper and whisk them. Then add milk, mix it and set aside.
•In a pan, add butter, chopped onions, carrots, tomato, capsicum, zucchini, cabbage and stir fry it. Then add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, mixed herbs and mix it.
•Now add the vegetable mixture in wet mixture then add cheddar cheese and mix the it.
•Grease the muffin tray and pour the batter in it. Add cheddar cheese on the top of batter.
•Bake at 350°C for 15 minutes.
•The cakes are completely baked when a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Let them cool and then remove from the muffin tray.
•Sprinkle the fresh coriander leaves and serve.

Ingredients :
Vetetable Oil : 2 Tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 Tbsp
Curry Powder : 2 Tbsp
Vegetable Broth : 1 Cup
Potato : 1/2 Cup
Cauliflower : 1/2 Cup
Carrot : 1/2 Cup
Capsicum : 1/2 Cup
Tomato : 1/2 Cup
Chilli sauce : 1/2 tsp
Lime juice : 1/2 tsp
Brown sugar : 1/2 tsp
Salt : 1 tsp
Coconut Milk : 1 Cup
Directions :
• In a pan pour the vegetable oil then add ginger garlic paste and stir fry.
Add curry powder, vegetable broth, potato then simmer it for 10 mins.
• Then add cauliflower, carrot, capsicum, tomato, chilli sauce, lime juice,
brown sugar, salt, coconut milk and cook for about 2-3 mins. Ready to
serve.

Frozen Spinach Leaves : 450 gm
Eggs : 3
Mozzarella Cheese : 1/4 Cup
Clove Garlic : 1
Salt : (1/4 tsp) x 2
Black Pepper : (1/4 tsp) x 2
Onion (chopped) : 1
Carrot (shredded) : 1
Cottage Cheese : 1/2 Cup
Red Chilli Flakes : 1/4 tsp
【5 Minutes Cooking - Unique Recipes】Spinach Rolls (Rumble Only)
Ingredients :
Frozen Spinach Leaves : 450 gm
Eggs : 3
Mozzarella Cheese : 1/4 Cup
Clove Garlic : 1
Salt : (1/4 tsp) x 2
Black Pepper : (1/4 tsp) x 2
Onion (chopped) : 1
Carrot (shredded) : 1
Cottage Cheese : 1/2 Cup
Red Chilli Flakes : 1/4 tsp
Directions :
• Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C).
• Thaw the spinach and squeeze out the water (you can use a strainer).
• In a bowl, mix spinach, 2 eggs, mozzarella cheese, garlic, salt, and
pepper.
• Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and grease it. Transfer the
spinach mixture to the sheet and press it flat.
• Bake for 15 minutes, then set aside and cool on a rack.
• Now, chop the onions finely and grate the carrots.
• Grease the pan and fry the onions for about a minute. Then add the
carrots and to the pan and let it simmer for about 2 mins. Remove from
stove and let it cool.
• Then add cottage cheese, curry powder, red chilli flakes, salt, and
pepper. Mix briefly.
• Spread the filling over the cooled spinach. Don’t spread it all the way to
the corners, or it will spill out when you roll it up.
• Carefully roll up the spinach mat and filling, then bake at 200°C for 25
minutes.
• Take out the roll and let it cool for 5-10 mins. Then cut it into slices and
serve.
