AR 22 build with folding EmSix brace 3D printed in Nylon Carbon Fiber filament (NylonX)

Been working on many many projects but I wanted to show off this fun little one. I have a soft spot for hardware store builds and making things that are functional and fun, this one checks most of those boxes, printable in PLA+ or better filament and wont break the bank at about $180 in parts, springs, bolts, and filament.

I have had some testing done with CCI Quiet ammo and these files and all seems good - Check out the Odd Sea for "CF POPPER" and see what you might experiment with.

I have been using this Sonic Pad that I bought on a Black Friday deal for 3 days now and could not be happier. Feels like it brought my aging Ender 3 Pro to the modern age in so many ways. I have always been super old school in printing - manual bed leveling and sneaker net gcode to and from the printer but this thing is opening up new super powers and it has improved my prints a ton too! This think is really incredible and super easy to configure! YouTube hates the 2nd amendment, well most things that make us lucky folks American's really - This video is available on other platforms ;)

So I have had an idea for awhile and I am trying to see if it is possible to replace the steel box tube used for a Mac style upper and replace it with a Carbon Fiber box tube. The goal is a mostly DIY upper.

The CMMG Conversion bolt really opens up the world of what you can do in 3D printing.
