Join us on our adventures while we show you around our town, basement remolding updates, and finding the Disney Magic in Northeast Ohio. Lemon Cheesecake Bars Crust: 1 Package Lemon Cake Mix 1/3 Cup Soft Butter 1 Egg Cheesecake Filling: 2 - 8ounces Softened Cream Cheese 2 Cups Powder Sugar 4 Tablespoons Leamon Juice 1 teaspoon Vanilla 1 teaspoon salt 2 Tablespoons Grated Leamon Peel 2 Eggs *Blend dry cake mix, butter, and 1 egg. Press into ungreased 13x9x2 pan. *Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually blend in powder sugar. Stir in lemon peel and lemon juice until smooth. Reserve 1/2 Cup; refrigerate. Beat 2 eggs into remaining cheese mixture until blended. *Spread over cake mixture. Bake at 350 F until set, about 25 minutes: cool completely. Spread with reserved cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until firm.
