Hello family and friends, welcome back to our channel or should I say we are back. Chris and I thought we would try something new, weekend vlogs. Join us on our adventures while we show you around our town, basement remolding updates, and finding the Disney Magic in Northeast Ohio.

Lemon Cheesecake Bars
Crust:
1 Package Lemon Cake Mix
1/3 Cup Soft Butter
1 Egg
Cheesecake Filling:
2 - 8ounces Softened Cream Cheese
2 Cups Powder Sugar
4 Tablespoons Leamon Juice
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons Grated Leamon Peel
2 Eggs

*Blend dry cake mix, butter, and 1 egg. Press into ungreased 13x9x2 pan.

*Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually blend in powder sugar. Stir in lemon peel and lemon juice until smooth. Reserve 1/2 Cup; refrigerate. Beat 2 eggs into remaining cheese mixture until blended.

*Spread over cake mixture. Bake at 350 F until set, about 25 minutes: cool completely. Spread with reserved cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until firm.
