Yes, you read it right, we believe in the POWER OF THE VOICE. We derive this privilege from article 29 (1a-e) of Uganda’s 1995 constitution under the Bill of Rights, to grant all citizens a chance to unreservedly express themselves using online (Internet/ social media) tools, so that their voices be heard loud and clear without ogling at their both visual and audio content that is r sex, age, ethnicity, religion, level of academics or any other discriminative measure.
