Street Food is not only tasty and authentic, it's an experience. Many people are afraid to try street food but in my opinion you can't go past the authentic styles, flavours and atmosphere, it all adds to a unique cultural experience. It's a good idea to always look and make sure the work station is well kept and food looks fresh, for most vendors this is how they make a living and are extremely proud of their products.
