Here, we explore ways to enhance focus, reduce sensory overload, ease meltdowns, and combat autistic burnout. Through the use of binaural beats, calming melodies, and even some fun, uplifting tracks paired with visually stimulating experiences, our goal is to support the mind, body, and spirit. Autism is a spectrum, and at Eunoia, we strive to create something meaningful for everyone — including those who walk beside us in support.
