Dr. Vernon Coleman - Old Man in a Chair

Dr. Vernon Coleman has been a hero of mine for years. I am trying to upload as many videos as possible. They may not be in the correct order, but I will put the original air date on them. Dr. Coleman's track record of spotting health dangers is second to none. Since the 1970s, when his first two ground breaking books (The Medicine Men and Paper Doctors) were published, Dr Coleman has been gaining friends among patients and enemies among doctors and drug companies. Sunday Times bestselling author Vernon Coleman has written over 100 books which have sold over two million copies in the UK alone.

Welcome to "Breaking Chains: The Sober Mindset," where we tackle sobriety and addiction with a side of laughter and a splash of honesty. I’m Rodney, a recovering alcoholic who used to chug two bottles of vodka a day—yes, TWO. I’ve gone from that wild ride to sobering up, performing stand-up comedy across the nation, and pouring drinks as a bartender for way too long. Now, I’m here to share my journey, along with some equally entertaining guests who’ve kicked booze and drugs to the curb. Spoiler alert: it’s not always pretty, but we keep it real—and maybe even a little funny. --- Hope this fits the vibe you're going for!

I like listening to a lot of music and I want to give back to the community and share some of my own ideas with people. I hope to experiment with music and create something unique. If you have any suggestions for future projects, leave a comment on a video. I know just how innovative people can be and I want to make songs that anyone can use for creating content (without any strings attached; no copyright and no royalties). So feel free to use any of my songs however you want; for videos, transformative/adaptive purposes, or even commercial use. License: CC BY https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ All I ask in return is that you make sure to mention the song title and artist (in any reasonable manner) to give the appropriate credit to me. Thanks for listening to my music.
