The Strangers and Aliens Podcast is a show with my own thoughts on what it's like to navigate a world that truly is one where "strangers and aliens" as the scriptures tell us we are, really shouldn't belong. My contention is that whether we've realized it or not, we're now smack dab in it. We'll have guests and others to talk about the experience as a Christian on this path, how we navigate through it, and to dispel a lot of the smoke and mirrors about what it really means to be an authentic Christian who is "in the world", but also doing their dead level best to not be in it. Every day, as we navigate through the labyrinth of existence, strange things unfold before our very eyes. From the moment we awaken to the world's embrace until we surrender ourselves to sleep's mysterious grip, strangeness pervades every corner of our reality. It lurks in those peculiar encounters with strangers on bustling streets who seem vaguely familiar, like long-lost souls from forgotten dreams. It dances within the confines of coincidences that defy all rationality and leave us questioning the boundaries of chance itself. Strange is when a butterfly lands delicately on your shoulder just as you ponder life's profound questions, as if whispering secrets only it knows. It is witnessing an unexpected act of kindness amid a sea of indifference or finding solace in melancholic melodies that stir emotions hidden deep within. With each passing day, strange intertwines seamlessly with ordinary moments; it becomes woven into the tapestry of our lives, adding shades and hues unimaginable.
