WELCOME to "Baseball Lifer". You will find Motivational Videos/Shorts, Baseball Clips and interviews with parents, athletes and coaches. My goal is to allow parents to be informed and educated. "I have known Walter for over 40 years and there are not many other people around with his vast knowledge of baseball. He has played professionally, he has coached collegiately, and he has had two sons who have taken different, yet both successful paths in the game of baseball - these experiences make him uniquely qualified to share his knowledge and opinions. Walter cares about young people, and though he may not tell you what you want to hear, he will always tell you what you need to hear. He will be an important and objective guide to your decision-making process." Tim Corbin, Head Coach Vanderbilt University

Hi, I am Arty 84. I am a designer, DJ, standup Comedian, vlogger, Podcast Host and bartender from Boston, Go Sox, but my real love is baseball. On this channel you will get to hear stories, see baseball comedy and watch me explore everything that is baseball. I have been to 36 MLB parks, 21 MiLB Parks, 11 Spring training parks, over 400 baseball games including 3 Word Series and 1 Home Run Derby along with countless other baseball sites. My love for baseball started as a young kid watching games on TV or listen to them on the radio with my grandfather. By the time I was in college I was going on trips each year to see more parks. I even was a MLB Fan Cave Finalist in 2013 (which I loss to a Sox fan from New York, what?). I started this adventure alone taking a my friends and cousin along for the ride but now today its my wife and son who join me on this adventure through baseball.

Long Island Nationals Baseball

It is the view of the Long Island Nationals that the time spent during youth sports could and should be the most fun and rewarding experience of a young person’s life. These times should be free from distractions and negative influences that deter from a player’s success both on and off the field. Our goal is simple: to provide our players with the most enjoyable and competitive baseball learning experience while helping them to develop confidence, self-esteem and poise in both athletics and their personal lives without compromising these principles. It is our sincerest wish that all of our players grow to understand that their achievements are neither an accident nor coincidence, but a direct result of their efforts. Dedication, hard work and sportsmanship, not showmanship, are the major ingredients for success, not only in baseball, but in all aspects of life. Finally, it is our hope that all our players will cultivate both long-lasting friendships among their teammates, as well as fond memories that will last a lifetime.
