Reminding you there IS JOY in times that can be completely lacking in joy. Joy is in YOU! It’s there. So many things are keeping you from seeing it. We are going to focus on the great things in life even those the scary, uncertain & unknown tries to consume us. Slowing down our pace for just a little each day to focus on health, well being and of course JOY....because you can’t have a Joy Revolution without joy now can you? From Meditation, to reading to simply having fun on Social Media and everything in between - we are going to look at the JOYs of the everyday ordinary and how to keep it close so you can have unconditional joy. Does this mean you’ll never have issues or be fearful? No... not at all. But it does mean during times of fear and issues that are beyond your control - You Can Have Joy.
